I'm not posting to bash the CS team here, I was just checking some recent topics and this one 12 page long was promising... but since ‎21st December 2018 to today, knowing that this is still not fixed makes you realize how completely unreliable the Openreach support is about their job.

To be fair to Plusnet, this has all been going on so long because of openreach.
