Sorry about the lack of updates.

 

Been a bit manic with work and family issues.

 

I have done some reorganising over the weekend so there will be a few disconnects showing up.

 

I have been dragged away work for another day or so and will update the ticket with details when i return on Wednesday.

@Alucidnation,

 

In reference to your response below is an image of the drops this morning following the changes you noted:

 

 

 

As it stands your sync has remained the same - in reality it's actually lost .1 up and down which won't be noticeable. 

 

 

As it stands the ticket is still up and running and we can progress it further if needed?

And, as usual, the forum community not updated. Last we saw, the speed has improved slightly from the start of the issue, to within the estimates, but there still appear to be endless Openreach visits.

@ejs No one is forcing you to read the thread.

 

 Having said that, i assumed this was how the team kept track of the status of updates to fault tickets as sometimes they get missed.

 

A brief summary.

 

Fault reported of huge speed/sync drop from around 67 to 48, almost over night.

 

After several engineer visits, various line pairs being swapped, sync has been improved to around 60, however, whenever i plug my phone back in, i get a massive amount of errors and with 24 hours, my sync has dropped to well under 55, which falls out of estimates.

 

I was eventually told that my phone was the problem, but after trying three different makes and models, it still happens.
