Can someone check my line please?

Hello,

I have had a load of drop outs this week, each time the router is flashing orange. Can someone check that my line is ok please?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your connection. As discussed I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing any issues but we can see you've had some drops prior to 3 days ago.
