I'm an FTTC user who has experienced gradual degradation of Internet speed over the last 3-4 years. It's got to the stage now where I'm getting regular abuse from the kids. However, I know that Plusnet (understandably) like me to run a whole bunch of diagnostics using the ADSL modem originally supplied and that's too much of a faff for me. Just wondering if there's a way to get support if I'm too stroppy to switch all my hardware around?! ;-)
We'll give you general support and we'll be able to test the line etc, however we wouldn't be able to give any router specific help and we'd always suggest that if you experience a fault you revert your set up to how it was installed.
