Can I use PlusNet on Gigaclear?

Gigaclear are laying fibre in our locality.

Presently I get a 5Mbps service over the phone line - which to be honest is generally fine for my usage. And cheap!

Gigaclear prices are high - from over £50pm including VOIP telephone.

Does anyone know whether I would be able to use PlusNet Fibre on the Gigaclear line?

And with VOIP; without having a hardwired telephone service?

EDIT - I've registered an interest with Gigaclear so as to get further information - but haven't yet asked them the direct question. I wanted to find out whether anyone was so doing first.

BT have to share/open their infrastructure to competitors, but am certain doesn't work other way around.
