Can I have Fibre BB but no phoneline?

Hi, I am thinking of going all mobile for phonecalls. Cheaper than landline plus call plan.

So...can I get fibre broadband but without having charges for the line?

No, unless you can get FTTP - fibre to the premises. Normal FTTC requires the phone line connection from the cabinet.

FTTC without voice, or SoGEA as Openreach call it is currently in trial. It won't be generally available until next year. Even then it is a commercial decision from the ISP if they choose to sell it.

Hello there.

As others have mentioned, nope I'm afraid not. A phone line is required for fibre broadband.

The exception to that is WBC FTTP [Fibre To The Premises] which isn't available in your area unfortunately.
