CRT - Adam

Hi CRT,
Is Adam around? He's been dealing with a ticket for me, but he's not added anything there or via PM since last Friday.

Adam isn't in at the moment, but everything I've looked at suggests an engineer has been arranged for tomorrow morning.

Thanks Tony... but the problem is that Adam wanted to cancel that appointment. I didn't think he'd seen my response in the ticket to that suggestion.

He's put something on the ticket  this afternoon, but I agree ... he can be slippery to get hold of these days.
Strangely, the order seemed to get cancelled. You did see it live & running yesterday afternoon, didn't you?

Yes, I realised he'd been in touch after I'd posted.
There was nothing to say that the order was cancelled yesterday. It's really quite frustrating. I'm sure Adam will sort it for you now though.
