CH41 Birkenhead LVBIR Exchange

Hi, are you aware of any issues affecting customers connected to the Birkenhead (LVBIR) Exchange? My service is working but it’s been well over 20mb slower than usual today (I ran some speed tests, both wired and wireless) My neighbour said her BT service is similarly slower.

I though I’d try a new micro filter but it hasn’t made any difference.

Hi again, just to let you know I called CS up who are looking into this now.

I was asked to plug the line directly into the test socket. After I ended the call I ran a speed test and lo and behold the speed was back to what it usually is (70mb).
