Buffering

Can a Plusnet person explain to me why iam getting constant buffering while watching something online. Surely even with a download speed of 62Mbps i should be able to watch anything buffer free, yet i cant even watch SD content.

Re: Buffering

I was having a lot of trouble with buffering (especially Netflix) and it turned out to be a combination of me having the pro addon and the router I was using.
Hopefully you can figure out what is causing it.

Re: Buffering

Are you or is anyone else using your connection for anything else at the same time?
Do you have a ping monitor set up?

Re: Buffering

No nobody else is using anything but surely having speeds of 62Mbps it shouldn't matter if people were.Regarding ping monitor no i don't but ive always had rubbish ping's even when i was getting 75Mbps speeds but ive always been able to watch HD content with no buffering at all.
