Hi all,
I just moved to Plusnet from BT. Called tech and my connection is consistent but iPlayer/4od/itv player are constantly buffeting, I can't watch anything. Netflix is absolutely fine, using all the apps on firestick.
I have tried splitting the WiFi into 2.4 and 5, and tried the firestick connected to both channels and this hasn't helped.
Could anyone help please?
