Browsing the web very slow

In the last week or so when browsing the web things haven't been loading correctly, 1080p you tube vids either buffer or refuse to play all together.
At first I thought it was Chrome was to blame so I tried another browser but same again, even tried an old iPhone and my android phone just in case and again web browsing is painfully slow.

Now i checked my internet speeds and its still reporting 32mbs download and 2.08mbs upload ..that is fine its what Im paying for 

Before jumping into the hubs settings to do a reset any thing else I should look at?

No one? hmm tried resetting my router still the same
Hmm might have to phone them up
