I’m a new customer, and having real issues with broadband. Moved to plusnet after two years of problems with previous supplier - and this is my first month with plusnet. I’ve had a few connection issue messages on my iPhone, and before Christmas had a few issues with connection when on zoom/teams etc. today - xmas day - my hub is blue but no devices are working - am told that I’m not connected to internet. I can’t run a speed test, and I can’t access the router as it’s taking too long to load. So I can’t set up My new speaker, and my child can’t connect to his friends, and we can’t connect with family on Christmas Day. I am so angry I am nearly crying, and I don’t know what to do🤷🏻‍ Can anyone help?
