I have always had problems with my line. Fixes have never been permanent.
It is now the worst I have known it with drops and low speeds.
Could someone look in to it as a matter of urgency please? I am hoping we might find the problem now it is so bad.
I opened a question 210001800 yesterday but am not sure how soon it will be picked up.

Hello PT,
I know that you are something of an "old hand" around here, so I'm guessing that you have covered all of the usual stuff?
- Done a quiet line test?
- Done a speed test connected over ethernet (with wifi turned off)?
- Connected to the test socket?
- Ran the broadband fault checker?
Does the ticket reference come from the output of the fault checker?
What do the router stats look like?
Staff coverage here is somewhat thin, so it might well be a matter of waiting for the fault ticket to be picked up ... or sitting on the phone waiting to speak with an agent.
