Broadband won't login

Hi, as of midday today our internet went down. Looking at the router, the DSL is synced but the login won't work. Nothing changed to the login. Plusnet issue?

Try doing a factory reset by pushing a paperclip or similar in the router factory reset hole. Keep the switched closed for 30 seconds then leave it alone for a bit to see if it sorts itself out.

Baldrick1, I had left this as a last resort as I didn't think it would solve it. But hats off, it has. All credit to you! God knows what happened.

My problem now is, I can't log in to the router. Either on the password I had previously set or the one on the back of the router.

Anyone else had this or have those nasty PlusNet people done something remotely?

You are using the correct password, that's the admin one, not the wifi one?
