Broadband very slow - ongoing all year

Hi all,

Got a long term recurring slow broadband issue - original post is here:

  • Product: Unlimited Fibre Extra
  • Estimated Download Range: 29 - 44Mbps
  • Estimated Upload Range: 6 - 8Mbps
  • Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 27.3Mbps
  • Current Line Speed (Download): 15.1Mbps

Got through all the checks in above post (ie master test socket, connected via cat 6 directly etc)

Ok - thanks for the support.

 

I've closed my account and moving to a competitor.
