At around 14.00 this afternoon without warning my Broadband went dead cutting off my Netflick and Amazon prine services and it did not come back on until 23.30.
That means I was without broadband for 10 hours , even talking to support was a waste of time as they did not have any reason why the broadband was down, In todays climite of working from home you need the internet to connect to the office not finding you are isolated.
This is not the way to treat your customers and I would like to know what Plusnet are going to do about this???
Trying to get on the support pages is a waste of time you just go round endless loops so thats another rant about their service
