My broadband sync speed has dropped from over ~20mb to under 10mb over the past couple of weeks.
We've also had our connection dropping off intermittently whenever it rains/gets windy so I presume there is water on the line.
We're moving house in a couple of weeks and I did tell the PlusNet engineer to not worry about raising the fault further but I'd like to raise the fault, but it seems your live chat is offline and I tried calling but after 30 minutes of being on hold the line disconnected.
Could my previous fault, that is now closed be re-opened? And could my line speed be increased again if this is something you can do on your end? It was stable at 20mb for months and is now less than 10mb and intermittently disconnecting!
