Broadband speed

From the 21st January my broadband speed has declined steadily from over 11 meg to now it is barely 4 meg , the service is just not good enough.

Hi there,

 

I am sorry to hear you are having speed issues. From testing your line, I'm seeing your speed below your estimates but I'm not identifying the problem.

 

I'd advise getting this raised up to us at http://faults.plus.net

Up to the 5th February this year my speed checker reports that I am on Plusnet , after this date it reports that I am on BT. What is that al about ?
