Broadband speed ridiculously slow

My fibre broadband extra speeds are currently at 10 down and 0.25 up. I pay good money for them to be in high 40's minimum down. Not impressed at all, what can be done?

Voice Line Test Result Voice fault suspected - contact Voice CP to progress copper issue

 

 

Test Result: Fail - Fault located in local network
Description: FAULT - Battery Contact

 

This fault has been reported through to Openreach as it's important to ensure there are no phone line issues as these can cause problems with broadband connections.

A fault has been detected along the line external to your premises, this has been reported through to Openreach and once they get back to us we'll be back in touch.
