Broadband speed degrading over time and Errors(pkts)

Good day.

I have question about broadband speed.

Every 1,5 Year or two i have to call someone to reconnect connection in cabinet as line speed slowly degrading . Once they reconnect it it stays stable in between 76-78Mb/s ( In router ) but after few months again start to fall down currently 66Mb/s ( in router ) ( 55Mb/s speedtest.net )

Why is like that?

Second thing how much Errors(pkts) are normal ?

Current situation:

Line Status: Connected
DSL Modulation Type: VDSL2
Annex Type: Annex A/L/M

  Upstream                               Downstream

Current Rate(kbps)2000065492
Max Rate(kbps)2188679361
SNR Margin(dB)6.46.2
Line Attenuation(dB)16.210.9
Errors(pkts)22121594

Thank you

Re: Broadband speed degrading over time and Errors(pkts)

@edzusbalodis Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net
