Good day.
I have question about broadband speed.
Every 1,5 Year or two i have to call someone to reconnect connection in cabinet as line speed slowly degrading . Once they reconnect it it stays stable in between 76-78Mb/s ( In router ) but after few months again start to fall down currently 66Mb/s ( in router ) ( 55Mb/s speedtest.net )
Why is like that?
Second thing how much Errors(pkts) are normal ?
Current situation:
Upstream Downstream
Current Rate(kbps) | 20000 | 65492 |
Max Rate(kbps) | 21886 | 79361 |
SNR Margin(dB) | 6.4 | 6.2 |
Line Attenuation(dB) | 16.2 | 10.9 |
Errors(pkts) | 221 | 21594 |
Thank you

@edzusbalodis Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net
