I have family who work for BT and do the services in another area.
It is literally a simple switch but apparently that can take up to 6 weeks to do. Somebody isn't doing there jobs!
And I'm disgusted I'm being treated like this. I use internet for work and shopping, everyday needs. Plusnet is literally taking food out of my family's mouths because they can't do their job.

Thanks for getting in touch @Cyber96 I'm sorry to see that your order is delayed. I believe we've picked up your messages over Twitter today and we've since been replying back to you.
In summary the existing provider of your line at your address had placed a cease order on the line to stop the active services on the 08/11/19 so our order with our suppliers has simply matched this. There isn't anything we can do to speed this up because the delay isn't at our side and we've no control over an order that another provider places I'm afraid.
Apologies for the inconvenience this causes.
