We signed up for an unlimited broadband package but at some point without our knowledge we have been switched to a limited package (250).
We have been charged around £450 for the last three months broadband!
I have been on hold for nearly an hour without any success.
My advice is to steer clear of Plus net.
There appears to be no way to get in touch with them at the moment. If anyone has an email address, it would be much appreciated.
