I have place an order, a little over a week now , for a broadband but I have not receive my router yet. Phone already activated. First payment had been taken. How long does it take for the router to be delivered and activated?

Sorry for the delay in placing your fibre order following your phone line activating.
I've placed it now and we'll confirm your activation date within the next 1-2 working days. This should happen on 01/02/2019 but may be delayed depending on engineer availability. We'll post your router out to you before this happens.
