Broadband not connecting after activation

Router: Plusnet Hub One

My broadband was activated on the 2nd, but since then it has either been dropping out or not connecting at all.

I submitted a ticket through the members area on Sunday but no one has got back to me. This evening it hasnt been connecting at all and the router is flashing orange.

Is there a way of checking the activation has actually gone through correctly?

I've just checked for an update on the fault, our suppliers are still looking into this and have given us an estimated response time of by the end of the day tomorrow. I'll set a reminder for myself to check for updates again then for you.
