Broadband not activated

My broadband was due to commence today but no message, no email and no broadband. The router is showing an orange light and red broadband signal when using my username and password.

Using the setup@ username the light goes blue and it is picking up a connection as expected but obviously the internet is not accessible.

Clearly everything is working except the account hasn't been enabled Plusnet side. Can this be done asap please.
