A while back I logged a fault with an intermittent Broadband dropping, the engineer took me through a few tests etc and eventually gave me a static IP, this was ok for a bit but now 5G drops, then I have to log into 3G, then that drops, I've reset the router, then only half the connections in the house work.... the router is an old one and I think it's starting to fail.
Can someone please contact me re getting a new router out to me?
