Hi LaurenB.

 

Had similar problems with my connection dropping a few times a day. Been getting worse over the last few months. Orange B on the router, then reconnects.

similar error log (attached) every time.

 

Any ideas?Huh

@mmace I can see your connection is dropping but our tests aren't showing any cause for this. I'd recommend raising a fault here so we can investigate further

Thanks Matthew, been through it all and logged it.
Had no problems on ADSL with Sky for years so shouldn't be internal. Only thing different in the house is the Plusnet equipment. Externally I changed from Sky ADSL to Plusnet FTTC and that's when the problems started.
Can't even watch the channels I'm paying extra for without them dropping out!

Connection just dropped twice in 5 minutes.

Also, I'm subscribed to this thread but have never received any notifications that anyone replies, all other threads seem ok

Hi,

My fibre broadband keeps on dropping out. Registered a fault with support but they asked me to use the test socket. My master socket has not got one so how do we resolve the problem?

I went through all the steps in the link yesterday and finished off logging the form but I never received any kind of acknowledgement via email/SMS, how can I see if it went through to somewhere/someone?

mmace you have my sympathy with this few weeks ago but still having problems I am hoping we will get an answere from the  Plusnet team on Friday as its been at least 2 months for us

 

I love hobnobs you can nibble and then take a chunk out of it

Hi everyone. I have similar problems: my FTTC broadband is dropping several times a day, then reconnection after a minute or two. This has been doing on for a few months. Can someone check my line?

Happening here too. Almost a week of it and nothing has been done via plusnet support!

Please can someone from Plusnet respond to my post above?
Did it log ok when I answered the questions?
Getting really [-Censored-]ed off now, the kids can't play their games (which I pay a monthly fee for) or watch YouTube and we cannot watch the extra channels we pay for.
It's currently down for the third time in 10 minutes.

Just after posting the post above I got an email to say my question was closed even though I was never notified I had a question!

I went through the questions but it's been closed now saying it's a duplicate of a call from last month which is also resolved saying all is OK, it is NOT OK, please can someone look into this.
