Broadband keeps dropping

Been a customer of plusnet for years now. Upgraded to fibre late last year. In the last month the broadband keeps dropping. I never had this before with plusnet. It is really annoying and is only getting worse. This is not what I am paying for

There could be several causes for the line dropping - have you looked at the logs on the router to see what its doing?

Also what product are you on? @bobpullen has been investigating and hot fixing issues where uploading seems to drop the connection on some PN products

I'm on unlimited fibre. How do I see the logs. The internet dropping happens when I'm browsing or streaming as well
