Connection definitely isn't stable. Has dropped out at least once since I've been away this week on holiday. Can someone check that graph thing that was shown at the start of this thread and see how many times in the last week please?

I have run through those items before, and don't really want to repeat everything again as I have to remove the front plate once more and stuff. It didn't work last time.

OK, filter installed and it is connected directly to the test socket in the master port.

Not sure if this will help in your case.
I had repeated disconnects when I first got the PN broadband. Changing the microfilter stopped the disconnects. So I guess the microfilter I had was somehow not working properly.

Well, we shall see. My faceplate is one of those integrated ones, so no need for a microfilter. We'll see if this helps. If it does, I guess it's the faceplate on the master socket.

As of this post, the connection had been reset 18 hours ago. It was better, yes, but the problem still persists.
