Broadband keeps dropping out in Ipswich area

Hi

I've noticed during the last couple of days that the router keeps dropping connections. The light turns orange, flashes for a bit and then turns blue again. Are there any issues in the Ipswich area?

I'm sorry that your connection is dropping and for any inconvenience that this is causing you. I can see that you've now discussed this with our technical support team and a potential external issue has been found. This has been raised to our suppliers for further investigation and we're due an update by 29/09. Our faults team will be in touch once we have the update.
