Broadband keeps dropping my VPN line (both personal and work)

 

I have been with EE for several years without any issues - issue started as soon as I switched to PlusNet.  Could someone check the line and see if there is an issue please?

Welcome to our community forums @springtide9 

Are your devices connecting to the router wirelessly when you're seeing issues or do you have a laptop/computer you can plug into the router using an ethernet cable? Also are you experiencing the drops with your VPN turned off?

I've checked your connection our side and there doesn't appear to have been any drops in the last 6 days. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
