Are your devices connecting to the router wirelessly when you're seeing issues or do you have a laptop/computer you can plug into the router using an ethernet cable? Also are you experiencing the drops with your VPN turned off?
I've checked your connection our side and there doesn't appear to have been any drops in the last 6 days.
