Hi i have attached a screenshot of my broadband profile as viewed on my account and something seems strange.its saying my guaranteed speed is 30.9mb which i know but that my download speed is on 21mb.this seems to tie in with recent speed tests i have done.the 21mb is supposed to be at 40mb as my package is that can someone look into this and sort it.
