Phone line working no probs.
Internet went down 12.00 on 6/5/20
Have tried all self help tips and online plusnet broadband trouble shooter- it advised me to call in but no answer on tech help desk or online chat.
Automated call centre message suggested trying here for help.
I have solid orange light on router, the b flashes red for a while after I restart the router which I’ve done several times.
Would really appreciate any help as need internet connection for work from home jobs for my wife and I plus all the school work sent online for our kids!
