Broadband is super slow

It's struglging to even play videos or send messages. Any one else got similar experience or any advice?

Are you experiencing this issue over WiFi or a wired connection? Is it happening across all devices? I've tested the connection and you have an ongoing connection since 12:56 yesterday, no faults have been detected on our testing either. Can you try our basic checks here and let us know how you get on?
