My firbe broadband went down for 48 hours on Monday morning and came back on Wednesday when BT engineer went to the cabinet. Since then the speed is 1/2 of whats it has always been. Normaly 7.8Mb since the day i got it foe many many months and now down to 4.4Mb. The router has not been reset or turned off and now 3 days later nothing has changed. It's like a cap has been placed or something. I cant see how to raise a ticket with plusnet anymore in the help section so am im using the community forum.
Can someone check on this and let me know if a fault in line since its been fixed at the cabinet?
