Broadband is having issues on different devices and dropping

Whilst also showing this page.

Is it because the bill is due? Is there a way to get it stopped, aside from paying, as I won't be able to do that till Wednesday.

Hi there.

You'd normally receive that page if a bill is due. More information about that can be found Here.

There should be a way for you to bypass the restrictions if you're within 14 days from when the payment failed and I'm sorry to see there isn't. Could you switch your router off for 10 mins then back on letting us know if that helps?
