Broadband is connected but devices have no internet access

Hi, my plusnet account refused to let me sign in this morning until I changed the password. When I did it said that I'd have to change the password on my router too which I thought nothing about. Now though my router says I'm connected to broadband and theres nothing else to do but whenever my devices attempt to connect I'm allowed on the home network but no internet access. Anytime I try to join the network on any devices im redirected to the hub settings screen. My broadband username is the default setup@plusdsl.net and wont let me change to my account details as it says I'm cant connect. When I reset to default it connects again automatically

Literally two seconds after posting this I changed my router access password from the default and suddenly I'm connected to the internet on all devices. Problem solved
