Broadband how can I actuall get a problem fixed

Having joined PlusNet on the first of June my broadband speed fluctuated from about 0.3MBs to 30MBs. (yes 0.3MBs). I waited until the 9th June before I reported it. It would appear that nobody takes any notice of my post, but eventually I was informed that I did have a fault.  BT was doing something at the exchange by the of the week and this would correct the problem. Guess what it did not, speeds still going between 0.mMBs and 30MBs. Have informed then problem still not fixed, (I bet that they wont be as slow  to charge me).  It is now 30 June still no resolution. "We will do you proud" does not apply to giving you a good broadband.  As they have not provided a goo service I am sure that they have breached the conditions of their contract, so I will now look for a new provider.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues your having with your connection speed.
I can see our Faults team are due to get around to this today,
