Broadband has been deactivated

Hi,
My broadband has been deactivated out of no where this must be due to a few issues we have had with the installation engineer not relaying the appropriate info back to Plusnet. The WiFi was working for a week and now has stopped working. I have checked my phone line and it states there’s an error.
Any help is much needed.
I am working from home I need the WiFi ASAP
