Broadband fault - Please investigate

Good morning PN staff. Overnight my speeds have suddenly dropped & I have filed a fault. Could a friendly, cooperative member of the excellent PN staff please take a look? Many thanks.

Thanks for your help, Matthew. My speeds are very erratic, maybe it's congestion. However, I really appreciate your prompt assistance.
