Broadband falling over since FTTP was installed in my estate

Anyone else had issues with their broadband since FTTP was installed, I used to have a great and steady 80mb now under 5 and I'm rebooting my router all the time now, since the openreach engs ran the new network in. I Will sign up for FTTP if it fixes this nonsense.

@Donaldo

It is quite likely that cables got damaged when fibre was brought to your locality so you need to jump through the hoops of reporting a fault

Plusnet do not offer FTTP so if you want to change to this service you will have to change ISP.

Re: Broadband falling over since FTTP was installed in my estate

Hi @Donaldo, I'm sorry for the issues you're having.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed.

In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
