I have also noticed that under data_transfer_speed  part of your website it shows all my old details

I'm not sure why that's not updated, though it's not something we can manually updated.

I wouldn't worry about that as it won't be affecting your service in any way.

Thank you for bringing that part to our attention. Looking at this, the download speed of 30.5mbps is below your line's estimated speed of 35 - 40mbps so it does appear that there's an issue here. Unfortunately, the test hasn't picked up the cause of this.

 

Please can you run through our troubleshooting guides here and let us know how you get on. If your download speed is still low after this, please report the issue here and let us know when you've completed it - we'll then be able to progress things further for you.
