Broadband drops most days at similar time

Hi All,

I've seen similar posts about this fault.

My fibre broadband seems to drop out (not every day) around the same time. This appears to be roughly 9:50pm - 10pm.

I'm using the Plusnet Hub One router.

Having a look in the system logs on the router don't seem to show much but then I noticed in Advanced settings > Broadband > Connection Information that it does indeed show the connection went down 12 hours 11 mins ago (posting at this at 10:11am so links in with the ~10pm drop out). See below.

The connection does recover on it's own after about 5-10 mins.

Any ideas what this is?

Im getting this 2/3 times a day and just generally slow speeds. Complained to keep getting told nothing is wrong even though I send them speed tests showing its happening. 

Hopefully they can find a solution to this
