Broadband dropping out

It's been on and off all morning.  Has been fine up till today.  This is the log:

13:29:47, 21 Mar.         (2379941.440000) PTM over DSL is down after 1 minutes uptime

13:29:47, 21 Mar.         (2379941.430000) PPPoE is down after 0 minutes uptime [Waiting for Underlying Connection (WAN Ethernet 2 -​ Down)]

13:29:44, 21 Mar.         (2379938.560000) PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

 

(and no i didn't do anything)

 

Should I reboot the router - or will I be sorry (speed wise)
