Broadband dropping out.

Lately my broadband has been dropping out,this happened twice last night (the latest dropouts) and I've noticed my speed can drop pretty low,which is a pain when downloading game updates and Installs,having fibre extra i really hoped for speeds that are higher than 20 mbps,(i got over 60mbps with bt)the dropouts are annoying when online with friends playing a co op game.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your broadband. 

I can advise you to try this Troubleshooting broadband issues

If it still occurs, raise it through the broadband troubleshooter

I can see you've had a few drops lately, mainly around the late evenings.

If you want to give the troubleshooting @CharlieBV mentioned above a whirl. 

If you do end up raising a fault, let us know here when you've done so too. We can then progress things further.

I have looked over the trouble shooting,my socket has 2 outputs,phone/Broadband and it says you don't need the microfilter for these types of socket,the ethernet comes straight out of a dedicated socket and straight Into my plusnet router,I don't have the openreach modem so can't go via this before into the router.i got a standard message saying my line was stable and it could be an hardware problem,I'm going to ask at work if anyone has a spare open reach modem that I can pass through before going into my plusnet router.
