Broadband dropping every evening

Hi, I see that this thread is quite old. I have started having drop issues with my fibre. I have done all the fixes as suggested on the support site bit no joy. Drops a few times a day and is getting quite frustrating.

Any suggestions?

@Flybouy Sorry to hear that.

It's certainly dropping as shown below although oddly it's also dropping at almost the same time every night. Do you have anything that turns on at this time that may cause this?

In addition our tests aren't showing any issues but if the drops continue we'd recommend raising a fault here
