Hi, I wonder if someone could help me please.
I have fibre broadband which usually runs at 38Mbps, however, during the last days my browsing experience has been terrible.
I ran the BT Wholesale speedtest twice, over two different days, and my download speed was 0.5Mbps and 0.2Mbps.
I'd be grateful for any assistance!

Hi there,
You're actually on one of the older Fibre products and have simply hit your usage allowance. If you'd prefer to switch to one of our Unlimited products you can do so online, or by giving our customer options team a call, any account changes take place on your next billing date.

Thanks for the response.
I've been uploading a load of photos recently, and wondered if that was the case. However, I've just checked here:

Which advises that I've used 66.21GB of your 70GB allowance?

You have a data transfer cap in place to give you a extra 30gb before you get restricted.

Thanks Matthew.
But if I've only used 66.21GB, of the 70GB which I've paid for, why am I being restricted?

Surely I shouldn't be restricted until I actually use 70GB?

Thanks Matthew, this conflicts with your website which advises:
Your usage allowance has been increased You've now used up your product's original usage allowance of 40GB.
We've added a further 30GB to your allowance until the end of your current billing period. This will add £30.00 to your next bill (£5.00 per 5GB).
If you use up the extra 30GB before the end of your billing period, we'll continue to add more usage at the same rate (unless you've set a maximum extra spend at Manage My Usage).

OMG you must be on Premier Option 3 paying £29.99 per month!
You need to switch to one of the current accounts ASAP. The absolute maximum you would pay for an account with unlimited usage is £22.49 if you take the no contract option, live in a high cost area and have your phone contract with someone else. You could be paying as little as £2.50 for the first 12 months, £9.99 thereafter.
