Broadband driving me nuts!

I have an issue with my fibre broadband. It fine when it works but all of a sudden it will lose connection. Blue light stays on and wifi working but no internet connection. Only thing to do is re-start router. Becoming more and more regular. It seems to take an age to re-connect after as well.

Help!
