Our internet connection suddenly dropped at around 9.45pm. Have tried resetting the router etc but it's not coming back.

Is there an outage or something somewhere?

Yes.

Phone line works and can call out with no issue.

Still no internet access at 7.30am.

Hey Picklepercy,

Just checked it for you, there is an outage at your exchange suppliers already flagged this and is due to be fixed this afternoon! Good and bad news but nothing else required to get this fixed.
